08-28-07 - For our regularly weekly
training we met to complete our FIT testing to be SCBA qualified.
All interior firefighters had to successfully complete this testing
process. This entailed getting "sweaty" and then being hooked up
to the computer while performing various functions. The Chief was
the guinea pig and once he passed everyone else had to pass or his foot
would be up their backside. While the testing was going on, the
remaining members did saw maintenance and repacked the crosslays on the
Engine.
